  Buying our new home through Eagle-- We have had a great experience thus far. Eagle's building seems more impressive than Ryan homes from our experience, from both a construction/product perspective as well as a sales perspective. Eagle really sets itself apart through service and communication to the customer, as well the workmanship of their product. They made significant efforts show us where their process and product differentiate themselves, which was attractive when making the largest purchase of our lives. The sales associates never seemed pushy; while I imagine they are compensated on commission, we felt as though they wanted to help us find what was best for us.

  I am currently having very bad experience with Eagle Design center. Four of our friends signed the contract together and design center have given us different price in each of our's catalog. They are not ready to offer the same price for every one of us for the same kind of upgrade and hence I didn't finalized the design center upgrade. Now they are threatening me that they will move forward and design center itself will finalize my upgrades in place of allowing me to finalize it, if I delay further. Overall , I am feeling very bad regarding my decision to finance a home with Eagle.
