  Great Staff and clean. When my son went to daycare for the first time, it took more than a month for him to adapt as being to day care is new for him and he also struggled because he wasn't speaking English back then. They did a very good job in helping him come out of his issues and today he is happily going to day care. Special thanks to Ms. Jasmine in Preschool 2 A :)

  My child has been attending daycare at this location since he was 3 months old (He just turned 2 in January). I instantly knew that Children of America Short Pump was the perfect daycare for our family during our tour. The director, Chamara McCray, is amazing. It is obvious that she cares about the best interest of the children, staff and parents. Personally, she is constantly exceeding my expectations. The staff is phenomenal. He is now in his 3rd class (the 2’s) - in each class all of his teachers have been wonderful and extremely attentive. There has never been an ounce of concern when dropping him off and picking him up. Everyone is extremely informative with updates, upcoming events and important dates. All and all I love this daycare and I have complete confidence in sending my child (my first and one and only) there on a daily basis.

  Great school. My son is new to the area and isn't adapting well, but COA continues to work with him. The director has super patients and I appreciate her for putting up with my little man everyday.
